At OCYMA, we are dedicated to ensuring your Men's and Boys' Shorts reach you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing & Tracking

  • Confirmation Email: Once your order is received, a confirmation email with order details will be sent to you.

  • Order Preparation: We begin processing your order as soon as possible after it is verified.

  • Tracking Number: A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your item has shipped.

Important Shipping Notes

  • Total Arrival Time: Total delivery time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time.

  • Processing Time: The required processing time is usually 2 working days and is not included in the delivery time.

  • Peak Seasons: Processing may take an additional 1–2 business days during peak seasons and holidays.

  • Customization: If you have requested customized or monogrammed shorts, please allow for 4 or more additional business days within the processing time.

  • Pre-Sale Items: If your order contains pre-sale items, the entire order will ship only when all items are in stock. Split shipments are not supported at this time.

  • Address Restrictions: We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses (APO, FPO).

  • Address Accuracy: Please confirm your shipping address before placing your order, as later changes may result in additional charges.
